0At Hundlands you pay for the transportation cost but we don´t charge any extra. For orders of 2000 sek or more the freight is free of charge. If you are not happy with the product the return is on our behalf for orders within Sweden. You should always be pleased with your product. You can see the freight price in the check out before you pay, calculated based on weight and size of your goods. For orders from other markets returns will be managed and paid by you.
Deliveries outside of our home-market Sweden normally takes 5-6 days to make it home to you. We send it off within 1-3 days and then it is depending on the distributor. When your order is ready for pick up you will get notified via SMS. Deliveries to other countries are normally managed by DHL.
If you for some reason regret your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return. You have 14 days to inform us via e-mail at info@hundlands.com and please include the following information for a smooth process;
We will then send you a return freight document for you to use. It is crucial to us that you receive a prodct 100 % at your satisfaction. Therefore we do not charge for the return, however you will not be paid for the original freight cost associated with the purchase.
Free return cost within Sweden. The cost of return from outside of Sweden will be managed and paid by you.
It is of higest importance that the products being returned is in perfect condition. Re-use the packaging material, make sure the tag is there and that the product hasn´t been used. When the product is received back at our warehouse and approved we will make a credit of your payment. If your returned product isn´t approed we do have the right to keep a part or full payment depending on it´s condition.
