How do I return an item?

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products.

Within the EU, use the attached return label and follow the steps below. If returning from outside the EU, please contact us at info@hundlands.com, and we will send you a return label via email. Don’t forget to include your order number.

How to return your item:
Place the product in its original packaging
Attach the included return label
Drop it off at the desired drop-off point
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received back at our warehouse
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase

Items returned in poor or obviously used condition may be rejected. Alternatively, a deduction may be made from the refund.

We charge a self-cost fee for returns as per the table below. For countries outside the EU, VAT and customs duties may apply locally. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us first. No return cost applies for exchanges.

  • Return cost within the EU: 7.95 €
  • Return cost from outside the EU: 10.95 € + customs charges.
  • Return cost from Norway: 99 NOK

Return costs will be deducted from the refund.
What payment methods do you offer?

Vi erbjuder betalning via Paypal, Kortbetalning, Swish, Apple och Goole Pay. Samt Faktura, Delbetalning och Direktbetalning via Klarna.
How much is the cost for shipping?

For orders within the EU the shipping cost is 8.95€

For orders outside the EU the shipping cost is 10.95€ or equivalent in other currency. Exact cost is shown in checkout pending on your currency.
How do I make a claim?

Vid en reklamation mailar du oss på info@hundlands.com och beskriver problemet. Där efter är du välkommen att skicka tillbaka varan till vårt lager. Det gör du på samma sätt som när du skickar tillbaks en retur, använd den bifogade retursedeln
What happens if I don't collect a package that I've ordered?

En vara som inte hämtas ut går tillbaka till och du debiteras 300 kronor för transport och administration.
