We offer returns for unused products within 30 days.

  • Place the product in its original packaging.
  • Attach the provided return label.
  • Ship the package.
  • Credit will be issued once the goods have arrived at our warehouse.
  • The credit will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Products returned in poor or obviously used condition may be rejected. Alternatively, a deduction may be made from the refund.

For returns within the EU, the return cost is 9 €.

Return costs outside the EU: 12 € + Customs duties.

Return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Can I exchange a product?

If you wish to exchange a product, it is done by returning the item and placing a new order for the desired item via the website. Your return order will be credited as soon as we receive it at our warehouse. Shipping costs will apply.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer payment via PayPal and Credit card.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated in the checkout. However we never charge any extra for shipping, only the actual cost or at times less.

For countries outside the EU, local VAT and customs duties may apply.

How do I make a complaint?

In the event of a complaint, you email us at info@hundlands.com and describe the problem. After that, you are welcome to send the item back to our warehouse. You do this in the same way as when you send back a return, use the attached return slip

What happens if I haven't picked up an item I ordered?

An item that is not picked up goes back to and you are charged 30 Euro for transport and administration.

How long do I have the right to make a return?

We offer returns on unused products up to 30 days after purchase.

What kind of privacy policy do you have?

We want you to feel safe when you shop with us and it is our intention, of course, to always comply with applicable legislation, such as the Consumer Purchase Act, the Distance and Home Sales Act and the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We protect your privacy and do not collect more information than is necessary to process your order. We never sell or share your data to third parties without a legal basis.
